Overview

The industrial utilities package provides a common package library for ROS-Industrial functions. The functions in this package apply across package boundaries. Utility functions for single packages should not be included in this package.

General Utilities

The general utilities in this packages include convenience wrappers around standard template calls for specific types. These functions also include checks to catch common errors that result in segmentation faults at runtime.

Parameter Utilities

The parameter utilities include wrapper functions for importing parameter lists (not well supported in ROS). It also includes wrapper functions for importing standard parameters in ROS-Industrial
